Oooh, and don't get me started about the time I worked for a bunch of 
continental Europeans. Any internal sabotage they pulled was automatically 
"right", and any stroke of brilliance on my part was automatically "wrong". 
I did indeed feel like an "out-group".

Maybe they also had an issue with I'm older than most of them...
