Chris is clearly wrong here. He would throw away the experience the old 
girl brings to the team because he thinks young Johnny won't listen to 
her. Johnny would pay money to hear anything she might say. Prejudice 
isn't just illegal (here in USA), it's a stupid practice.

Not that stupidity is unusual or even unpopular. I use Windows XP 
instead of Linux, for example.
