It is all about getting a good team. You need to look at many factors. I was not aware colour was a problem in the US that much these days. It is not in the UK. Mixing Israelis and Arabs is a good one. Some Arabs *are* Israelis. As for an Arab in a team of women. Is that a male of female Arab? What nationality/race are the "women" There is a lot more to it than a single thing. Age is just part of it. However some of your comments do indicate your stereotypical thinking. One of the interview questions I asked was If the company went mad and offered you a funded 12 month sabbatical in 2 years time what masters degree would you like to take and where (if applicable) You get two choices. One sensible for career work interests and one completely off the wall just for your self. The answers were quite interesting. It also make you think about where you want to go. On the "just for fun" side one of the answers was Medieval poetry at **** Uni Because : "have you seen the girls on that course?!!!" Another person asked did it have to be a masters course as he would like to do 12 months as the Sage Manager ant Sydney Opera house. On the whole, for the fun one, most of the SW and electronics engineers wanted to do something in arts or philosophy. Well what would your two choices be? You get 12 months off work, full funding and the entry requirements waived.
