Partly seniority but I also did mean age. Due to the "wonderful" nature of the layout and the resume I missed bits. All I saw was 5 years worth of stuff. I did not know if he is 25 or 55 With the rest of it dating back to the early 70's I can get a full picture and I don't need the age. I can get a reasonably good picture. However age is important. You don't usually put a 55 year old in a team of 25 year olds with a 30 year old team leader.
