If you just need to "capture multiple, quick screenshots and save to
file with timestamp".. then you can try some screen capture tools..

SnagIT,HyperSnap etc., are great.. and you can find lots of them..

What you have to do is -

  **Run screen capture program in background.
  **Do what ever you want.
  **Press HotKey (like Ctrl+K ) to capture screen shots and
    images will be saved in your destination folder.
