You're joking ;), right ? I am sure it's exists, is no specific utility and
no limited use to other people. Folder, file name, timestamping and other
options user may just set as he likes. So don't tell people you'd have to
write it from scratch. I typed in google "print screen utility time stamp"
and voila - 748000 found. I didn't checked these links, but i am sure
this utlility is somewhere ;).
