1. Find out if a 1Gig USB drive plugged into a Windows 98 PC will do.  If it
suffices, job done.  If not, goto stage 2.
2. Find out what the requirements are: how big, how costly, how reliable,
how fast, how redundant, how secure, etc.
3. Write them up in a report so that someone else can know what you have
discovered during your research phase.
