There is something else - I used Neighbour::m_nAtomID as an index into the vector Cell::m_Atoms. I defined Atom::m_nID but never used it, though it might be needed if a more sophisticated collection class had been used. So an atom's ID is its order in Cell::m_Atoms. - Gerry Quinn .
