There's no market for such skills. Nobody is hiring anyone with such skills. The last time I saw any employment opening for such was circa 1985. I think I got the last such job, which lasted until the 1991 recession. My advice nowadays is that there aren't any jobs in computer programming so you're a fool to study toward that career. Learn a skill for which there are actually jobs available, such as dentist or nurse. Even hamburger flipping pays more than computer programming nowadays. .
