Lessee, does that mean:

"In the region near your caecum, Rex is luscious".

"In the region near Rex's caecum, he is luscious."

"Rex is luscious near his caecum."

Am I close?  My Amharic(?) is rusty and babelfish doesn't do
Amharic-to-English.

In any case, I'd agree that it's silly for IT management to be concerned
with the lusciousness of Rex's caecum.
