I am not going to fuss about heavy snippage, but you really should leave attributions in for what you do quote, and leave an indication of snippage where you do snip. What makes you think high speed 2400 baud modems are anything special? We used lots of 1200, even 300. Things were somewhat improved when we could replace ARC/ARCE with LHARC. And I don't recall MsgEd having any problems doing proper quoting. Binkley also worked.
