We always had to fix a lot of bugs after those guys. They wrote fast and a lot but usually their code quality and reliability is poor. It's not acceptable for serious software. IMO, the only way to use XP technique is the rapid prototyping, demos and mockups development. In this case the quality is not a critical factor while the speed is important.
