i am having no trouble reading this thread whatsover. nor do i think
would anyone else -- i quote the 1-2 lines of your posts which i care
to address, and i write a short response. rinse & repeat. again, if you
are having a difficult time tracking the thread, try an improved
reader, maybe? there is simple no reason to quote more of your text
than my response is relevant to.

our iterations are two-week cycles. w/ each new iteration, the entire
group gets together to go over the stories, assign the "nuts", and
prioritize. i havent been onboard for an entire iteration so i really
cant say more than that.
