hey man, dont blame the victim here. im an experienced coder who prides
himself on clean, tight code that is well documented. this is what i
do.  so i think thats why they thought theyd assign me to this project.


i will plead ignorance, in that, i havent hired coaches to teach me
personally. im just saying that, our team was taught by the coaches. if
theyve now got it this bassackwards, its saying something about either
the coaches, or the methodology. maybe all its saying is the
methodology is easy to screw up, i dunno. (however, if that is the
case, then good luck promoting xp -- if people can screw something up,
they will.)
