We've just got to start acting like it. For instance, you could: quit your job & find a new one, or complain to your boss about the lack of a professional environment he's decided to put you and the other people (animals in a pen shall I say?) into. I personally like the first option and always have. Always be willing to move on. If someone doesn't treat me professionally, then I start looking for the next job. Someday, they'll figure it out, or else they won't. (I can't do everything for them, can I? ;-) At least, I'll be in a better (or the same kind of) spot for more money. There are tradeoffs. . . but then probably I can retire early. So, put your money in good stock, my friend, and make your way past the XPers toward the brighter horizon! You'll cause a little chaos when you leave too. .
