Actually I know very little, but judging by your attitude, it's obvious to me that your team is in for a hell of a failed project. I don't know why your company would launch an experiment like this with team members who have such a negative attitude toward it. Launching new technologies and processes have enough hurdles with people who are dedicated to making it happen. Honestly, I'm shocked your company couldn't find people who wanted to get on this team. I'd love to give XP a try. As far as unit testing goes, there is an upfront cost, but the benefits even in debugging your code is enormous. IMHO; not unit testing will be in the near future, if not already, a sign of incompetence. Regards, John .
