Subj : programming problem

I know I'm a n00b and all, but I was given some very old kernel code and 
when I attempted to compile it, I got a rather daunting output, most of 
which is the same error(s). I have tried to compile it using the old include 
files, but to no avail. Since this is not a binaries group, what is the most 
appropriate way that I would post the output (~25k) and or the files that 
gave it(~100k) to try to get some help from the more experienced C 
programmers (most of my work is in C++ and with a M$ compiler not a GNU c 
compile for Linux?
