Can't agree more. I was working on a big project with my friend. We sat 
face-to-face to each other and we worked more efficiently than coding by
ourselves individually.

However, I found the WWW seems to be the biggest distraction when I am
coding ... may be unplugging the ethernet cable from the wall can help too?
