Hi all,

I'm looking to find some independent programmers who would be familiar
with online gambling/gaming regulations.

I basically want to build a poker-site clone, but I have a few great
twists in mind that I think would make it incredibly profitable.

Does anyone know where I could begin looking to find someone that would
have this knowledge?

Main concerns:
(1)  knowledge of gaming regulations, security, etc
(2)  ability to program games
(3)  should be able to program a lobby, handle financial transactions
through neteller and others, et

Other thoughts:
- What programming language should I focus on?  Settle for client-side
in C?  Or try it with server-side in something like java or flash.
Must be scalable to handle lots of users, but would like server-side to
not exclude mac users/*nix users, etc.
- Any suggestions on finding attorneys who would specialize in this?

Any insight would be appreciated.  I'm not looking for dumb remarks,
just ideas on how to get it going.
