It'd also need a considerably improved specification - what's there is enough to play with the language, but there's far too much that's unclear or simply undocumented. I'm not sure it has any significant advantage over, say, OCaml, but I only skimmed the tutorial and spec (and I don't know OCaml very well, for that matter).
