Thnaks for the info, but I have a working algorithm (based on the bit
pattern idea) now.

The application is something called the "JSM Method" which has been
developed by a russian guy & is (I believe) not well known in the west
at this time.

The method requires the generation of all possible sets of a known
fixed number of properties. The set of "no" properties is not of
interest to the method & is thus excluded.
