Well, I'd say the suicide risk is theoretical... :) It's actually not all that uncommon--synthesis of related and unclassified or lower classification information can easily create a derivative work that is classified, or similar ancillary considerations inadvertently can move information beyond the scope a an individual's particular "need to know" barriers as determined by a derivative classifier. (BTDT from both the origination side as well as serving as a derivative classifier making such a determination.) .
