When you run into problems, explain to the bear what should be happening, why you think it should be happening that way, and what actually is happening. This actually works most of the time, because having to explain something (even to an inanimate object) forces you to sort things out in more detail than most people do when they're trying to work something out on their own, and that sorting things out often exposes the solution to the problem at hand. dave -- Dave Vandervies dj3vande@csclub.uwaterloo.ca The basic method that is used now, a person talking while scratching on a hard rock with a soft rock, is thousands of years old. There's a reason it has lasted so long. --Prabhakar Ragde in uw.general .
