Subj : Missing files

I'am using Borland C++ Builder Version 3.0.And these header files are
missing namely -

DBClient.hpp
MIDASCon.hpp
MxArrays.hpp.

The first two, i.e DBClient.hpp and MIDASCon.hpp are suppose to be
under lC:\Programfiles\Borland\CBuilder3\Include\VCL.

I tried adding version 4 DBClient.hpp and MIDASCon.hpp to the folder
structure ,but there is a version mismatch and hence its throwing
errors


Any help would be of great value..at the earliest
