Subj : Debugging 16-Bit App with BC++ 5.0A

Hello!
is it possible to debug 16-Bit Applications with BC++ 5.0A. While trying to 
do so, a message box appears: 'can't debug 16-bit app executables. Run 
without debugger?'.

If not, where can i buy BC++ for 16-Bit Application. Only Turbo C++ Suite is 
available at borland site. Is there any differences between  BC++ compilers 
and Turbo C++ Suite?
