None of Borland's compilers are named BCC.  What compiler and version of the 
compiler are you using?

If Borland C++ then is this a 16 bit program or a 32 bit one?

If Turbo C++ then it is a 16 bit program.  Please post messages related to 
that compiler in the newsgroup for that compiler, 
borland.public.cpp.turbocpp

If C++ Builder, including the free compiler which is the command line tools 
from C++ Builder 5, then it is a 32 bit program.  Please post messages 
related to that compiler in one of the newsgroups for that compiler, groups 
with the word 'cppbuilder' in their name.
