If you encounter Problems at Installation (I did with German 4.xx
Versions under WinXP), simply drag the Setup (or Install) icon from CD
to the desktop. Open "Properties" and select  "Simulate WinNT4" or
"Simulate Win98".
Otherwise, older BC compilers think WinXP is Win 3.1x (16 bit).

And, of course, you have to move your account temporarily into
administrators group. Otherwise the Installation can fail.
