Try posting this to borland.public.cppbuilder.language.cpp.  VCL is not 
generally supported apart from "Builder" products.

Also, please do not post a single message across several Borland newsgroups. 
This practice is contrary to Borland's newsgroup policies, is generally bad 
form, and is likely to raise the ire of those who can offer you needed help.
