When I call CreateFont() with "SYSTEM" it gives me a font that is
ten pixels high, no matter how low I set the Weight and Height
parameters.  The font I want is 9 pixels high; it is the font you
see in nearly every Windows listing. Therefore "system" may not
be the right name.   EnumFontFamilies() wont do me any good,
because I don't know what name to look for.  MS Shell Dlg
didn't get me anywhere either.
The font I want is everywhere in Windows.  It must be available
somehow.  How?
