Subj : map<>::upperbound  &  stable_sort in C++Builder 6.0

Dear people,

i checked both of them are not working in C++Builder 6.0
Could someone confirm me it's like i say?

For the upper_bound method, i could easly write it,
but for the stable_sort it's not short time thing.

Can someone help me?
Im ean, is there some update to fix it?
