It places tabs at the top of a window and looks like a property sheet. TNoteTab is written entirely in OWL. It places the tabs at the bottom of a window and looks just like the "message view" in the BC5.02 IDE. The example in c:\bc5\examples\owl\classes\tabctrl uses TNoteTab in a dialog box but this does not help me. As I said, I want something that looks and acts just like the "message view" in the BC5.02 IDE.
