(BCB can do a command-line Win32 app, but that's not the same thing as a DOS app.) When I ported my Win32/OWL app from BC++ 5.02 or BCB 6.0, I rewrote the entire GUI using BCB's VCL. I considered OWLNext, but decided I wanted the RAD capabilities and readily available third-party libraries that I got with VCL. There was no automated support for this conversion and it was a fair amount of work, but I'm happy with the result. -- Bill D.
