Does anyone know what causes the following upon exit from the IDE:

BCW caused an invalid page fault in module RWDESIGN.DLL at 015f:04a9f2f0 ?

Fully patched 5.02

I tried deleting all the temporary (except the .apx) and obj files but it
didn't help.

Nothing relevant on google
