The compiler you wish to patch is from 8 years ago
and has long since been replaced.  As a consequence
the patches are buried behind those items which
have come since.

Go to:
Borland Developer Network
http://bdn.borland.com/

Click Downloads
Then All Product Downloads
Then Registered User Updates
Then C++ Builder
Under Previous Versions click Updates

Then FTP sites for all products

Then drill down to Borland C++ 5.02 and
to the patches
