Subj : Conversion from 16-bit app to 32-bit app

There is an 16-bit windows application builded by Borland C++ 5.01. It's
very big and very hard to debug (it seems that I have to use turbo
debugger...). So, I want to convert it to 32-bit application. What shall I
do and where shall I pay special attention?
