I would like to teach myself C++ programming and I have a copy of Borland C++ and Database Tools V4.5.  Is it possible to run this on WME, W2k pro or WXP pro? If so, can you tell me what I need to do to accomplish this?  If not, what operating system would be suitable?  Thank You for your assistance.
