Subj : borland command line resource tools

I downloaded the free borland command line tools so that I could supplement
some work from the office.  However, the resource files do not work at home
(even the simplest resource files).  That is, when I compile and build the
same files at work with my borland compiler, the main menu, buttons (defined
in the .rc) and such show up as they should.  But when I compile and build
the same project at home using the free borland, the main menus, buttons and
such never appear.

Am I missing a switch setting or something simple.
