Try asking in one of the C++ Builder groups, groups with the word 
'cppbuilder' in their name.  This group is for the old Borland C++ 
compiler, a compiler which does not have the VCL or TXMLDocument so is 
not a place where your question is likely to be seen by many who are 
familiar with what is giving you a problem.
