I'm not sure if replacing the startup code C_dont_remember_right_now_0x.OBJ
with the ones from
 version 4.5x and/or using linker from version 4.5x will solve the problem.
Also I remember about and old paper to make 32 bits apps. with BC5.0x and
Dos Power Pack, this can be
used as an alternative to overlays. I made that version of TVision
(TV32.LIB) and worked fine.
