Note that those two items came with the "BC++ 3.1 and Application Frameworks"
package. BC++ 3.1 was also available in a smaller package without them.

Note also that Turbo Vision was also available for TC++ 3.0, which is when I
purchased it prior to the release of 3.1 (which I subsequently purchased).
