I have an application in 5.02 that, until recently, supported the scroll
wheel on a mouse.  Now the scroll wheel does not work except for a window
based on TEditFile.  I've never understood what it takes to support the
scroll wheel.  It just worked.  Now it does not work but I have no idea what
I've changed.

Any ideas?
