The compiler and debugger are great. The IDE stinks. I use a product called "Zeus for Windows", which is an amazing editor and IDE. It was easy to provide complete integration with the compiler, debugger, and other tools I use. Check it out. It's only $35, an evaluation version is available, and support have been great.
