Subj : WIN XP and NMFAST40.DLL

Is anyone aware of a problem with using the NMFAST40.DLL with XP. I am 
using BCB 4.0 so it is VERY old. The date on the DLL is from 1998.

I am able to use the DLL to connect to an FTP site, get a catalog, 
upload a file but when it attempts to disconnect the application hangs. 
If I run the same application in W2K it works properly.

Any ideas?
