How are you building your program?  Are you building it 
from the IDE, issuing commands from the command line 
manually or with a batch file or using a make file? 

What elements are the ones that makes the command line 
too long?  Please show an example of one of the too-long 
command lines. 

Please also mention what operating system is running on 
the development machine.
