Ed,

Thanks for your help.  Using the extern "C"
within the IDE code, I can now build a DLL which
loads corectly (size 6.5kb).  Also, the tdump
utility now finds the function "mult" (without
the extern "C", it finds "mult __stdcall",
which the maple procedure cannot find.)
