Thank you, Bob.  I have been trying to do that, but this is the problem I
am experiencing.  When I use the shell  BCC32 everything functions well.
But it won't let me pass .res files to the linker.  When I try to use 
the linker
separately, I don't know what to use for "startup" on the command line.
I have never been able to use the linker separately, so I can't link 
..res files.
