I show 2 CFG files, TURBOC.CFG  and _TURBOC_.CFG
They both have the paths, but TURBOC also has a few other switches.

From the BC++ IDE, choose Options/Directories.
The Include directories are on the first line.
Probably need to also do Options/Save to save the directories for your
project.
