I don't know anything about XP, but I remember trying to install BC4.5 on
Win2k. The installation program installed various DLLs in the C:\WINDOWS and
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directories. I had to move all of this into C:\WINNT and
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM. Maybe your XP problem is similar.
