Subj : Installing 4.52 on XP?  Cannot find BWCC.DLL?

I'm trying to install Borland C++ on XP and am running into a problem.  It 
appears the install is successful, but when I run the program it gives me 
"File error: cannot find BWCC.DLL" after I close that window it tells me it 
can't find file C:\BC45\BIN\BCW.exe or one of its components.  Recommends 
checking to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required 
libraries are available.  Any ideas?  At this point I have no clue what to 
do.....I created a path in the system environmental variables, path: 
C:\BC45\BIN and still no luck.
