Hi,
I think we are encountering a bug that was described as bts-13191.
I believe that there is a way to rebuild the rtl dll by modifying the source
code in heap.c.
Has anyone done it and does anyone know if the fix is available somewhere?
I don't have the original CD so I cannot rebuild RTL myself.
